Description

Vital Addons for LearnDash is a free LearnDash toolkit with 36 optional add-ons for course completion, learner navigation, front-end login, certificates and site administration. Build the learning experience your courses need from one searchable dashboard.

Automate repetitive course tasks, help students pick up where they left off, and customize your course site without managing a separate plugin for every small change. Every module starts disabled, so you choose which tools to enable.

All 36 modules are included without a license key, trial period or usage quota. LearnDash is a separate commercial plugin required for course-related modules. Some optional integrations require their own paid plugins. The general WordPress utilities also work without LearnDash.

What can you do with Vital Addons?

• Automate lesson and topic completion. Choose completion on eligible visits, after a quiz pass, after manual quiz grading or after an opted-in, supported form submission.
• Help learners find their next step. Add resume links and breadcrumbs, adjust Focus Mode, and configure next-step navigation.
• Keep login on your course site. Add front-end login, password recovery and reset forms, optional modal login, and login/logout menu links.
• Show learners their earned certificates. Display certificates using a shortcode, block or widget, and choose which supported profile sections appear.
• Make course administration easier. Customize messages and labels, control selected course settings, and preview bulk access-mode changes with a rollback option.

One dashboard, only the modules you choose

Search and filter the module screen, open Details for setup guidance and limitations, and configure each module’s Settings. Changes can be staged, reviewed and undone before saving. Bulk Course Access has its own explicit preview, confirmation and rollback workflow.

Use the Design tab to give Vital Addons learner components a consistent appearance, with theme inheritance, presets and a responsive preview.

LearnDash course completion automation

• Autocomplete on Visit — complete eligible lessons and topics, with per-step overrides.
• Autocomplete After Quiz Grading — complete eligible parent steps after manual grading.
• Autocomplete After Form Submission — connect opted-in forms to eligible course steps.
• Autocomplete After Quiz Pass — complete eligible parent steps following a passing result.

Course controls

• Access Mode Restrictions — restrict the access modes non-administrator course editors can choose.
• ProPanel Email Sender — configure sender and Reply-To headers for the supported ProPanel email hook.

Shared design controls

Choose Use site theme, LMS Crafter or Custom. Adjust colors, typography, spacing, corners, shadows and messages with a responsive preview and contrast-safe fallbacks. The same settings appear in the Customizer when available. Controls that alter native LearnDash output inherit its existing appearance.

Modular design and local assets

The module loader activates enabled modules when their dependencies are available. The control-panel scripts and styles load only on the Vital Addons settings page. Fonts, scripts and styles are bundled locally, with no telemetry or license checks.
