asVereinbase – Club & Member Management for WordPress

Description

Club management directly inside WordPress

asVereinbase turns your WordPress website into a practical club and member management system.

Instead of maintaining your website in WordPress and your member data in a separate system, asVerein lets you manage both in one place.

Manage your members, organize membership fees, accept online membership applications and provide your members with a protected member area – directly from your existing WordPress installation.

Your club data stays within your own WordPress environment instead of being stored in a separate external club management platform.

What can you do with asVereinbase?

Member Management

Keep your club’s member data organized directly in WordPress.

Create and manage members
Maintain contact and membership information
Search and manage your member database
Import existing member data
Keep member administration connected to your club website

Membership Applications

Allow prospective members to apply directly through your WordPress website.

Create an online membership application
Collect the information required by your club
Transfer applications into your member administration
Reduce manual data entry and paperwork

Membership Fees

Keep track of membership fees as part of your member administration.

Assign membership fees
Manage fee-related member information
Keep membership and fee data in one system

Protected Member Area

Create a private area for your club members.

Members can log in to your WordPress website and access content intended specifically for them.

This allows your public club website and your internal member area to work together in the same WordPress installation.

Why asVerein?

Many clubs use several different tools:

WordPress for the website
spreadsheets for member lists
separate software for membership administration
email for internal communication
additional services for club organization

asVerein is designed to bring club administration and your WordPress website closer together.

One WordPress installation. One member database. One place to manage your club.

Built for clubs already using WordPress

If your club already has a WordPress website, you don’t necessarily need another completely separate platform to manage your members.

asVerein integrates club administration directly into WordPress.

That means your club can use the WordPress installation it already knows while adding dedicated functionality for member administration.
