Gravity Forms PRO — Features
Gravity Forms is the premium form builder for WordPress, built for sites where forms do real work — lead generation, bookings, payments, registrations, surveys. Its visual drag-and-drop builder ships with 30+ field types, conditional logic that shows or hides fields, sections, and pages based on answers, multi-page forms with save-and-continue, file uploads, calculations, and quizzes, polls, and surveys with automatic grading and result analysis. Payment collection is native: take one-time or recurring payments through Stripe, Square, and other gateways, add discount codes, and stay PCI-aware. A library of official add-ons connects forms to CRMs, email platforms, and Zapier, while 500+ developer hooks and a REST API make it the most extensible form plugin in the ecosystem.

Gravity Forms PRO — FAQs
Does Gravity Forms take payments, or do I need WooCommerce?
It takes payments itself. Official add-ons for Stripe, Square, and other gateways collect one-time payments, subscriptions, and donations inside a form, with discount codes and PCI-aware checkout — no separate store plugin needed.
Can I build quizzes and surveys with it?
Yes. Built-in quiz fields offer automatic grading, custom scoring, and lead insights; survey fields collect responses and analyze results from the WordPress dashboard, and polls capture quick visitor feedback — all wrapped in the same conditional logic.
How does licensing and updating work?
Distributed here under the GPL, Gravity Forms installs on unlimited sites with no per-site keys. Verified new releases land in our update feed as soon as they are out, so you stay current without another annual license.
Does it work with my theme and other plugins?
Gravity Forms works with any WordPress theme and ships its own styling, so it never depends on a page builder. Entries route to CRMs and automation tools through official add-ons and webhooks, and developers get 500+ hooks plus a REST API.
Gravity Forms replaces a stack of form plugins, payment buttons, and survey tools with one maintained codebase. Every field, add-on, and payment flow is built by one team, so updates never break your checkout — and for any business that lives on form submissions, it is the most defensible license in WordPress.
