PulseIQ – Plain English Website Analytics & Weekly AI Reports

Description

Analytics you can actually understand.

Most website statistics tools show you charts and leave you to work out what they
mean. PulseIQ does the opposite. It watches how real people use your website,
then emails you a short report in plain English: what happened, what it means,
and exactly what to fix.

No jargon. No dashboards to learn. Just clear advice, written for business
owners rather than marketers.

A real example of what a report says:

“47 people visited your contact page but only 3 got in touch. Most left after
8 seconds. Your contact form has 9 fields – that’s too many. Cut it to Name,
Email and Message.”

Why people use PulseIQ

• It explains, rather than just measures. Every issue comes with one
concrete thing to do about it.
• Cookie-free and privacy-friendly. No cookies are set on your visitors, and
no names, emails or personal details are ever collected. That means no cookie
banner needed for PulseIQ, and a simpler GDPR position.
• Set up in two minutes. Install, confirm your email, done. The plugin
connects your site and installs the tracking for you – there is no code to
  paste and nothing to configure.
• Built for small businesses. Trades, clinics, salons, therapists,
consultants – anyone who has a website but no time to learn analytics.

What it tracks

• Pages viewed, and the journey people take through your site
• Clicks on phone numbers, email links and buttons – the things that turn into
  real enquiries
• How far down your pages people actually read
• Whether visitors are on a phone, tablet or computer
• Whether your site is up or down (paid plans)

Free and paid plans

The free plan gives you visitor tracking, a monthly plain-English report with
one priority action, and access to your dashboard – free forever, no card
needed.

Paid plans (from a few pounds a month) add weekly reports, three ranked action
items, uptime monitoring with instant alerts if your site goes down, and “Ask
PulseIQ”, an AI chat that answers questions about your own site’s data.

Full pricing is at trypulseiq.co.uk.

External services

This plugin connects to PulseIQ, an external analytics service operated by Blank
Canvas Digital (https://trypulseiq.co.uk), to register your site and collect
anonymous visitor analytics. The plugin cannot function without it.

What is sent, and when:

• On setup: when you click “Connect this site to PulseIQ”, your site’s URL
and the email address you confirm are sent to
  https://pulseiq-backend-production.up.railway.app/register in order to
create your PulseIQ account. Nothing is sent before you confirm.
• On every front-end page view: once connected, a tracking script is loaded
  from https://pulseiq-backend-production.up.railway.app/pixel.js. It records
anonymous page views, clicks and scroll depth, along with your site’s
identifier. No cookies are set and no personally identifiable information
  about visitors is collected.

Privacy

PulseIQ does not collect names, email addresses or any personally identifiable
information about your website’s visitors. It uses anonymous, per-session
identifiers only, sets no cookies, and honours the “Do Not Track” browser
setting. The only personal data associated with your account is the email
address you provide, which is used to send your reports and to sign you in.
